You see the world through the eyes of Tanta - a deranged stalker who will do ANYTHING to keep Kouhai to herself.
Each episode, you control Tanta's choices in one of many "Plots" - each Plot explores a different facet of the episode.
Multiple endings unlock new Plots, revealing more of Heartbreaker's twisted story.

Heartbreaker's "Destruction Update" was released on July 4th 2025, providing two new endings and a new Plot & cutscene.

The current plan is to complete the intro & aftermath cutscenes, then the Overkill update, before making the push for Beta.
